Spanish Language advertising is not the same as advertising to an Hispanic or Latino audience. While Spanish Language advertising is a subset of the Hispanic advertising market, it is more defined. In the United States, as a general rule, Spanish Language publications tend to serve a less acculturated market. These publications more heavily serve first generation or newly arrived audiences. These market segments respond to different offers, and may have less established credit.
